Shipping & Returns

Everything you need to know about how your order ships and how returns work.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time

After processing, please allow 3–7 business days for delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders that are lost, misplaced, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a 15% restocking fee will apply and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Risk of Loss

All purchases made on Yoonseo are subject to a shipment contract. The risk of loss is passed to the customer once a delivery has been successfully made by the carrier. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages if the tracking confirms delivery.

Return Policy

We offer a 10-day return window, meaning you have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return. This is based on the delivery date shown on the tracking number.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In its original packaging and condition
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to initiate a return

Please email us at hello@yoonseo.com. We will provide you with a return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without prior approval — any returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. The original shipping cost of the order is non-refundable. Yoonseo is not responsible for returned packages until they have been delivered to and received by us.

Restocking Fee

All returned orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This means the refund total will be 80% of the subtotal cost of the order.

Damaged Items

Any claims for damaged items must be reported within 10 days of the delivery date. We require photo evidence of the damage. Without photo evidence, it is up to our discretion to handle on a case-by-case basis. To report a damaged item, please email hello@yoonseo.com with your order number and photos of the damage.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or denied. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Policy Amendments

Yoonseo reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on our website. By placing an order with Yoonseo, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping & Return Policy.
